Our products include Superluminescent Diodes (SLDs), Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOAs), Fabry-Perot Laser Chips, Gain Chips and Photodetectors. These products are based on InPhenix's proprietary technology. These products are available now for customer evaluation and volume production. 
 

  •   Superluminescent Diodes (SLDs)

InPhenix's SLDs are designed and optimized to function as broadband light sources in applications including optical coherence tomography, biomedical imaging systems, fiber optic sensors and optical test instruments.

  
 
 

  •   Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOAs)

InPhenix offers SOAs designed and optimized for Pre-Amplification, Booster Amplification, Switching and Wavelength Conversion applications. Inphenix SOAs cover both the 1310nm window and the 1550nm window.

 
 
 

  •   Fabry-Perot Lasers (FP Lasers)

InPhenix offers Fabry-Perot Lasers chips designed and optimized for Optical Transmission, Data Communication, Local Optical Network and Fiber to the Home (FTTH) applications.

 
 
 

  •   Gain Chips

InPhenix 820nm, 1310nm and 1550nm Gain Chips can be used as a gain medium for Single FBG Lasers or Externally Tunable Cavity Lasers. Inphenix offers standard gain chips per our datasheet requirements as well as custom gain chips.

 
 
 

  •   Distributed Feedback Lasers (DFB Lasers)

InPhenix offers a complete line of 1300nm, 1550nm and 1650nm DFB lasers for Telecom and Fiber Sensor applications.

 
 
 

  •   Light Source Modules

InPhenix's SLD modules deliver stable high power, wide bandwidth light sources from 800nm to 1620nm with short coherence lengths ideal for applications in optical coherence tomography, biomedical imaging systems, fiber optic sensors, and optical test instruments.

 
 
 

  •   TO Can And Pigtailed Coaxial Packaged SLD Devices

InPhenix's TO Can and Pigtailed Coaxial Packaged SLDs deliver broad wavelengths from 800nm to 1620nm with short coherence lengths. The compact packages provide small form factor and cost-effective solutions for applications in optical coherence tomography, biomedical imaging systems, fiber optic sensors, and optical test instruments.

 
 
 

  •   Photodetectors

InPhenix Analog and Digital Photodetectors chips are optimized for Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) applications. Inphenix provides Photodetector Chips with integrated thin-film filter for greater isolation between the transmitted FTTP channels.
